Iron Man Question

mood: curious
This is for the comic book fans in particular.  I'm reading some issues of Tales of Suspense and Iron Man is fighting a genius by the name of Doctor Strange (clearly not related to the master of mystic arts).  He disappears at the end of the issue.  Does anyone know if he reappears in the comics and how they rectify the situation?

According to the Wikipedia entry for Doctor Strange, the Tales of Suspense Doc Strange only appeared in that one issue, which came out two months before the more famous Doctor Strange debuted in Strange Tales #110.

if it was the same guy...

...he was originally from the DCU, then. Hugo's first appearance would've been in 1940 or thenabouts.
